I would like to thank the hotel administration for the excellent service and assistance in everyday matters. The room is spacious, stylish, clean. The TV works, but it rarely looked. In the bathroom - a complete set of products, a beautiful terry robe, slippers and towels. I heard that you can book an excursion. In the morning we served breakfast - several options at once. If I am in Kaliningrad, I will stop again.

Location: quite convenient, especially if you consider the poor choice of hotels on this side of the railway. Purposefully walked on foot from the station - only 50 minutes, and to find, not knowing the city, it is quite real. By bus, taxi or hotel transport, naturally, will be faster. 2. Accessibility of infrastructure: there is practically nothing in two steps, but in 1-2 bus stops all the benefits of civilization (shops, a market, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, etc.) are available. 3. Noise in the room: if the window is not opened for the night, it is quite comfortable. 4. Staff: Of course, not Europe, where the lodger is licked from head to foot, but everything is decent. Girls are polite, attentive. 5. The lighting in the room is quite dim. Lamps are powerful, but the light transmission at the lampshades is low. A successful solution would be a table lamp. At the desk without her it's too dark. 6. Hygiene: in the room is clean, in the bathroom there are no traces of arrivals of previous guests. Water flows into the drain quickly, it does not stagnate. It would be nice to make a towel hook next to the washstand - uncomfortable when it hangs at the other end of the room. 7. Television: there are only 20 central channels. But! the room had LG with a USB input. As a result, it was possible to watch a couple of fresh films. 8. Indeed, not enough slippers. In recent years, you get used to the fact that they are in the default number. Fortunately I read the reviews for Booking and seized my from home. 9. Breakfast: after all it was a "buffet", not a complex breakfast. Yes, it is not a restaurant and the choice of dishes is very modest, but it is nutritious and tasty. What was not enough is an omelet or eggs to sausages (boiled eggs are delicious, but they do not seem to go very well for a garnish). 10. Price: adequate. I met such a service for a lower cost, but it was in a very deep province. For a large city of 2000 rubles / day for this level of service is quite inexpensive.
